By accessing our website and utilizing our services—including but not limited to online job applications, CV creation, graphic design, and the online academy—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Note: We act as a facilitator/service provider. We are not the hiring authority for the government or private jobs listed.

2. Scope of Services

Job Applications

We apply on your behalf based on the data you provide. We are not responsible for rejection due to ineligibility or incorrect data provided by you.

Document Services

Services for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CV creation are completed based on user instructions. Revisions are subject to our discretion.

Government Schemes

We assist in the online registration process for government offers. Final approval lies solely with the respective government department.

Online Academy

Educational content and skill training are provided for learning purposes. Certification depends on specific course criteria.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, authentic, and up-to-date information (CNIC, Marks, etc.).
You are responsible for paying the service fee prior to the processing of your application.
You must ensure you meet the eligibility criteria (Age, Qualification) before requesting a job application.
Any misuse of our digital assets or content is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments for our online services (CV design, Job Application fees, Academy fees) must be made via our designated payment channels.

Refund Policy

Service fees are generally non-refundable once the work (e.g., application submission or document design) has commenced or completed. If a government portal is down indefinitely, we may credit your fee for a future service.
